1 Jhalmuri:

Jhalmuri is one of the famous street foods in Bangladesh. All the people of Bangladesh love this food. The main ingredient of this food is puffed rice. This food prepares with puffed rice, onions, green chillies, chanachur, lemon and some spice. Usually, jhalmuri serves on special wrapped paper. 

2 Fuchka:

Fuchka is a famous street food among Bangladeshis. Generally, girls love this street food. A round biscuit with a hole makes with the help of flour and semolina. The fuchka hole fills with potatoes, chickpeas and various spices. Also, the sour extract of tamarind is in this dish. There are different varieties of Fuchka. The normal ones and the yoghurt fuchka are famous among them.

3 Chotpoti:

Chotpoti is a thinned and tasty food made with various spices and different varieties of lentils. It is available at street food stalls near schools and colleges. People eat and love this food item very much. Especially in winter, people of all ages take this food as a remover of winter gloom. The main ingredients are onions, lentils, spices, mashed potatoes, green chillies and broken fuchka.

4 Pitha:

Pithas are a traditional food. In the past, we used to see it only in rural areas. It was made with new paddy and celebrated as a festival. Pitha is usually sweet. But some pithas are sour and spicy. Nowadays, pitha is very popular as a street food in cities. Rice powder, coconut, milk, and date jaggery are needed to make pitha. In small shops along the streets, we find different types of pithas like chitai, patisapta, vapa etc. 

5 Kulfi Ice-Cream:

Kulfi is very popular among young and old. Who does not like kulfi on hot summer days? Kulfi is a sweet item. Various ingredients are needed to make kulfi. Kulfi makes by mixing pistachio nuts, cornflour, sugar, saffron and condensed milk. Also, different kulfi flavours prepare with mango puree, litchi puree and various dry fruits.

Also, the street food includes velpuri, pickles, chanachur, nuts and different drinks, sharbat, tea etc. Bangladeshi cannot imagine a single day without street food. In the chat of friends or at leisure, street food includes in everyone’s life.
